I have been practicing massage for nearly fourteen years, holding California massage therapist license, accumulating clinical experience with over five thousand patients, including thirteen years of volunteer service at Yuan Shi Dien -LA HH class.
Currently, in addition to my personal studio in Pasadena where I have worked for six years, this April, I was fortunate to establish a professional holistic therapy studio at WFIM in Chino with Dr. David Chang, the head of LA HH class, and Dr. Christine Lin, a chiropractor.
We launched a meridian-lymphatic holistic therapy for the head, neck, and shoulders in April, and will launch a comprehensive, therapeutic manual massage in May.
These two techniques combine Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory and Yuan Shi Dien with Western lymphatic drainage techniques and anatomical principles.
We also recommend daily maintenance and exercise, as well as adjustments to sleep, diet, and mindset, aiming for a holistic and effective treatment.
As the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates said, "Treat often, cure sometimes, comfort always."
Massage is a passive form of exercise, a direct and effective way to relieve pain, improve symptoms, alleviate stress, promote metabolism, and enhance immunity.
Only with a healthy body can longevity be meaningful, allowing one to enjoy the benefits of material life and achieve spiritual fulfillment.
Let's embark on a journey toward physical and mental well-being together starting today.
